Hey I'm looking at buying a nova and was looking around and it seems that the 2.0Lt conversion is really common but i was thinking would it be possible to fit a 2.5 Lt V6 from a vectra or omega something like that has it been tried and if my memory serves me right(from doing a clutch on a V6 vectra) the mounts are not a million miles different from the 2.0lt just a size issue.
any opinions and such like would be greatly appreciated
thanks

The V6 has been done before. I'm sure someone will be along to offer some advice. In the meantime, have a search about. Get some info to get you started.

Welcome along by the way!

david dixon even sells the front engine mount for the v6 into a nova, everything else is just the same as putting a 2.0 in. quite easy if u know how to use a spanner.

Not quite that simple, the rear manifold needs a lot of bodgery to clear the steering rack, but by all means its not difficult.

Sorry, that's the wrong way around.... V engines should drive the rear wheels at least! ;)

If your putting in a V6 miss out the 2.5 and get the 3.2 in it!
