what have people done witht he water pipe that goes into the inlet when using bike carbs?
i made my own manifold but were the water runs on a standard inlet, ive blocked off and put the water temp sensor there.
the 2 pipes from the matrix just go into the same pipe that runs under the inlet.

its running too hot and the matrix/heaters arnt getting warm..

any tips/pictures of how others have got around this problem?
or am i just doing somthing wrong...

i would say your plumbing isn't done properly as it should not be over heating. get it looked at before you do damage.
any pics?

Where you have located your temp sensor, should have a minimum 13 mm ID fitting, take a hose from this to the matrix pipe on the drivers side, the other matrix pipe should be sent to the round the block large metal/plastic pipe.
Relocate your temp sensor on the thermostat housing.
