Retro wheels?

Iv got about £450-£500 max to spend on some wheels for my saloon?

What options have I got? I'm wanting something no bigger than 15" and shiney lol

got these for sale there 16s but as they have stretched tyres the diameter is actually smaller then the standard 13 steelies let me no what you think.
