the leak is slow i'm going to wait till tomorrow it might be the overflow
the 12mm pipe from the tank to the filler neck is a prime candidate too
You need to see clearly where its leaking from, use a cigarette lighter to give you some light.
When you find the leak, weld it up.

it is actually possible to carefully weld a petrol tank that is full of petrol. its more dangerous to weld an empty one because there is always some vapour left...the vapour burns, not the liquid.
back in the seventies, toyota were running a really clever diff oil cooler.. they fitted a coil of pipe into the petrol tank... they won the safari rally a few times... then the scrutineers found out what they'd done & banned it as a fire hazard......

To be fair, what response do you expect? Its leaking, so look where its leaking from and make it stop leaking?
If you have enough savvy to discover its leaking from somewhere behind the drivers side wheel im sure you can figure out where its leaking from exactly.
Its going to be of three thing-
Tank, pipe or join. No point any of us guessing what it is, seeing as when you fix it, you will investigate all of them. You have to get under your car and dig around to find the offending item anyway, or take it to a garage in which case this thread is completely irrelevant anyway.
Sorry to come across unhelpful, hope u sort it out.
