cant find my haynes manual :( how much oil?

cant find my haynes manual and need to put gearbox oil into my box. its a f13. does anyone now how much i need to put in? thanks

Take the fill bung out, fill up through the breather until it starts to come out the filler.

then leave it for 10 mins, or you will have overfilled it... the oil is like treacle & takes ages when cold to level

I usually take the selector turret off the top - makes the filling quicker!!
