Only for sale as ive just seen another set of cesaros for sale with no caps, odd tyres in the for sale section at a high price and for these to have good/correct size tyres and all caps, must be worth more. (This was on corsasport, I copied my add over from there)

iv seen sets of cesaro`s sell for more then 200, i would say with 5 brand new tyres these are cheap, i`d buy them if i had £200.
