Well, your details dont seem to work and the call centre is shut......

Make sure you've included start + expiry date, and they're in the correct formatting.

The systems I manage at work sometimes have issues where operators don't include a start date which is required for some cards, or the formatting is entered wrong.

Some times the card number or sort code or summin on your card is differnt to that on your bank statements, try using a bank statement for that card, you will find the amount of numbers are different. That what i had to do when i insured my car for the first time :)

Ask your parents to pay for you on there card and have a direct debit set up from yours to there's to pay them back ;)

Sounds like you've a hole in the wall card only to me.

Your card will be in the list of cards eg: visa debit if it can be used.
