i had a c20xe corsa gsi with mods declared i.e. engine, transmission (f20 box), wheels, coilovers, brakes and exhaust, i had 1 years no claims, and 1 claim against me and it cost me £780 when i insured it in july, im 24 (25 this may) and my renewal came through 3 weeks ago at £480.
i swapped it for a sti scooby though so didnt take them up on the renewal price lol

What other people pay wont really help you.

You need to shop around and speak to some specialist insurers.
