TD Battery

My Nova TD came to me without a battery, have been using a petrol battery to move it about the house since I got it, but it just doesn't have enough kick.
Anyone know what size of battery should be in a TD?

If I remember to check at the weekend I'll let you know, looked standard size to me though!

Probably is physically no bigger than standard, just the dervs need an extra bit of kick to get them turned over!!

i had a vectra diesal battery on my old nova, could sit in a c ar park for hours with the stereo on and it would still start, even left my lights on for 15hours and it still kicked up lol

As a general rule though, higher CCA/Ah means a bigger battery. The one I used to use RC racing, with something like 80-100Ah was a monster, weighed around 20-25 kilo lol

meh... use jump leads and a second car to start the diesel and forget about the battery save's you around 20-25kilo means better mpg lol lol
