Yeah.
You can also bodge a mk2 astra one on for even less flex
Yeah it slides in and them clampbolts to each side of the beam
Don't forget there's also one or two bushes that'll need fitting when you slide it in.

I had none fitted as I can't see a poxy bit of 20 year old rubber adding any stiffness to 2 slabs of steel!

I got a Flo-flex polly one in there was a nightmare getting it to fit with one, don't fancy forcing another in there lol
Edit- EPC says one

Same. I had to open mine out abit. Wasnt fitting around the ARB in a month of sundays.
IIRC the saloons/more doors came with one bush.
and gte/gsi came with two bushes.
but dont quote me on that lol.

i had two on mine ?
My GSi ARB has got two bushes on
Doesnt matter if you have 1 or 2! Crap rubber doesnt stop the bar flexing under load! Got a poly bush one in ours and was a right git to fit!lol
I've got the astra one bolted on and the standard gsi setup aswell lol

Remember guys, theres 2 sizes.
A normal one, that has 1 bush and is 12mm or 13mm (IIRC)
A GTE, GSI and SRI one thats 15mm or 17mm (IIRC)
So if your bushes are rediculously tight, could be the wrong ones.
