i am on the dark side. but i got the standard ebay, facebook, brain trainer, flash light, movies (cinema listings and all that jazz), a vat caculator, converstion pad ( for all the converting needs) and a barcode scanner, (because i work on a checkout and get lonely when not hearing the beeps for a while) but i hear the photo shops ones are good and some of the other free ones, mine were all free, not paying for apps. that would be mad

wheelzs - addictive old skool game
emulators for megadrive, nes, snes etc (pass ours at work on nights lol)
music downloader and music box pro are good for downloading songs whenever you hear something you like (or are drunk and not near a PC lol)
Java player so you can watch flash vids

Angry birds I find quite addictive, Pool Break and Unblock Me too :d


Also use 3G watchdog to keep tabs on my net usage, Mixzing for media, Wifi analyzer and the Paypal and ebay apps.

plus i use Endomondo, which is a sports/diet based app, i use mine with my biking tells the duration, distance, ave speed and calories burnt,

Angry Birds, Bonsai Blast, Labrynth and Pong (the game) are all good.

Also got deciBel (dB meter), Bubble (spirit level) gStrings (no it's not about thongs it's a guitar tuner) are all very useful utilities.

Been a while since I checked out the Market. Can't wait for VLC Player to work on Android. Should make good use of that for when I get my Desire HD :d

I've got poolbreak aswell but my trial has ended although ill probably buy the full game
Sickipedia app is useful for passing half an hour at work aswell

VLC on droid sounds good, use that on my PC to play, er, everthing lol
