I've got 2 13"s and 2 14"s:

14"s need a bit of wire brushing and then a respray - come with worn but legal Michelin forest tyres - £40

13"s need more wire brushing and one needs a little bit of straightening on the outer rim (localised kerbing stuff only, it's not bent) - then painting - £20

I'm in Northants, let me know :)
