Removing + Swapping seat runners.

How does one go about removing the seat runners/rails from a standard Nova seat? and I've seen alot of people (not just on Novas), fit their runners onto seats from different cars, how do they go about doing this?

I've had a set of grey monacos from a ZR like this sitting in my garage for almost half a year since I wrote off and broke my ZR, and they would be ideal for the Nova if I knew how to swap the frames :)

Best way will probably be to get some SR/GTE/GSI seat subframes and fit them to those

Some fabrication with sheet steel will be needed tho

What's the difference between standard subframes and SR/GTE/GSI ones?

The runners are removable on sr gte ones as far as I know.
