Heh I am having trouble sourcing a courier for sending wings to England from Ireland. I am just wondering:
Who is the safest and best courier?
What is the best way to package wings? (as I have seen what can happen with couriers)
Thanks Chris

It's going to be very expensive to send over from Ireland.
The only way to send wings safely is to put them in a proper sturdy cardboard box.
I use UPS (via Interparcel.com) and they have always been fast and careful.
TNT are a new addition to Parcel 2 Go. I just sent 5x 13x7 Superlites through them for £13.50 all in. That's the cheapest I have ever known for sending wheels. So they could be worth a look.
Be careful though, as wings are on the prohibited list of most couriers, that said though do as mentioned above and box them up in study packaging and the courier doesn't need to know what they are. That's sometimes the best way I find.

I also use interparcel and 9 times out of 10 chose UPS. Very fast and never had a problem with them. I have sent wings through them aswell and folded cardboard around them with plenty of bubblewrap and tape, especially around the corners.

I thought it was Don't Hurry Lads! Although I have never had any bother with them. lol
If your sending wings your going to need to wrap in bubble wrap, cardboard, then in a big box
Irish Rep. to England going to cost tho, IMO go on parcel2go and find the best option

We use UPS at work to send fragile stuff and they're very good :)
Agreed on DHL being useless though, we've sent stuff with them in the past. One item they physically broke in half, the customer then received their delivery in 2 parts, DHL actually re-boxed each half and continued to deliver it...
