my friend has just told me that he's going to buy a corsa 1.4 16v, but the electrics side of the fuel injection is mullered. He said he just wants to put it on carbs. Now i know nothing about carbs etc.. so what would he have to do? he hasnt specified which carbs yet though. How could the carbs be put onto the engine?

Twin 40 DCOEs for a road car...you will need an inlet manifold and throttle linkage.

You will need to convert your fuelling to low pressure, suitable for the carbs to run on, and ignition will need to be sorted with a proper mappable setup

yes definitely lol and to be truthful if you need to ask whats involved then it will probably be beyond your capabilities to be able to DIY it

ok, but you would be looking at around £800 in parts plus setting up costs

As above and on carbs you'll need a proper bent MOT man lol
