Astra Digi LCD Clocks

Hi all bought a set of Astra GTE digi clocks off a friend to fit them in to her MK1 Nova, but anyway i belive im missing something like a sensour or a Transponder :confused: . As these are my first set of digi clocks. Im sure you guys can tell me what i need to get them fitted.

A transponder from an Spi Nova will be fine,it screws into the speedo drive on the gearbox

That 1st pic is the transponder,its all there mate

Ok thank you very much for your help. One quick question the transponder in the pic has 3 wires coming from it, do i need to connect them to anything? And also does anything screw on top of the transponder?

The 3 wires are needed and the hole in the top is where the speedo cable goes on the 1.2spi.

is it possible to have the clocks lit up without it all being wired up so that i know wether its tick or curve?? cheers

all brown wires on battery positive and all black wires on battery negative (or maybe other way round) :confused:

put a torch in front of it!

tried to do all black and brown but all i got was a little green light

sounds like the bulbs in the dash are blown then

Ok just tried all the black/brown wires n they showed left/right indicator and handbrake light. So took the bulb out and put a torch through the hole and found out that i have the Tick type.
