i have just installed a solenoid which works fine.. But i want it to only work when the ignition is off where and how do i wire it up?

youll need to find a normally closed relay that BREAKS the circuit when power is applied

then connect the coil to the ignitoin and then your boot pop to the battery live via the switched side

theres a wiring diagram i did on nova-land under interior how to guides.

i did it cleverley so when the igntion was on, it operated a buzzer, so i new to turn the ignition off! then it latches over, and boot pops as normal!
