View Full Version : Andy Gray
Wohoo my prayers have finally been answered - he's gone! What a cock!
I was going to ramble on about the ins and outs of this story but I decided that calling him a cock pretty much summed up all my pent up irritation against himlol

The excepts that came out (him and keys in the studio) was nothing.... nothing compared to the absolute gob sh1te they come out with week in week out on Super Sundays. 'Sexist' was an understatement. ....and this is whilst a make up girlie is trying to straighten their ugly faces and hair up and Rednap is sat in the corner giggling like a schoolboy! Sooner or later, this was going to happen. Hopefully Keys might stop bein such a lairy tool now too!
Andy Gray is a fukkin ****er,he wants to be careful the way he talks about women, hes been whalloped with the ugly bat that many times, hed never get a shag
Prikk got what he deserved, talks utter sh1t and his voice goes right through me.
Hopefully the FIFA Football games will tell him to take himself to fukk aswell
Just need to get rid of Jeff Sterling now and that's Sky Sports sorted
Bring back Rodney Marsh lol

The office thing tbh was feck all, I suspect Sky wanted a reason for getting shut of Andy Gray after the lineswoman story came out, leaking the studio footage was good enough reason to get shut in there eyes.

No. This was not the case.
As I said, this has been coming for a long time. The 'off camera' piece at Wolves that also surfaced recently has to have been recorded by someone in Osterley (studio). The audio that The Mail released was from an outside broadcast. Extremely few from the studios go to the OBs.
No.... this not a supposition/theory. Ive only worked on their OBs since 1994!
andy gray was launching legal action against ...... blah blah blaaaaaah
Oaf!
maybe, but also true.....
sky would not like their star presenter suing them..... there are literally thousands of bits of dodgy stuff about from broadcasts, outtakes, sound tests, of camera bits.... its funny how they only surface when needed.... blokes have been claiming women can't understand the offside rule ever since it was written down, so why should it suddenly be a disciplinary thing???
its either pay negotiation time, or some other reason they want him gone....
I have no idea who he is but just been reading about it on The Sun. Not entirely sure what other stuff he's done but I do agree with a comment someone made on there about the microphone thing...if it had been her saying it to him it would of been fine and he would of most likely been laughed at if he'd of tried to complain about it.
over xmas, i made a delivery to a cash n carry in oldham... one of the blokes had got a dodgy plastic joke cock & was walking round with it hanging out his zip.... and the women he worked with thought it was hilarious....
horses for courses i spose
I dont care about football and all that jizz, but what he was saying just sounds like workplace banter....
precisely... there was something else going on.....

To them..... thats irrelevant.

Not at Sky Sports..... most of it isnt recorded. In fact, sometimes you're lucky stuff is recorded! It seems someone in MCR has been compiling snippets of those two in action and then releasing them. 'Someone' who had just had enough of them in their 'little' world.
They really are a vile pair.... very few other people around them actually got on with them. Which is why I say this has been coming.
This has emerged in the last 24 hours....

Thats your typical studio banter. Yes, in some work places thats the usual par for the course. When you're a presenter, a broadcaster, you just can not do this. MPs cant fiddle expenses (on public money). Broadcasters can not make sexist banter.
This will be welcome news to most of you too....

Well done... only two hours after wrote that!
Saloony.... there was no set up. This was more a case of production staff around them just got fed up of their abusive manner. Little men in their own little world.
This may have happened be just in time to stop young Redknapp turnin in to the very same.
In other news, this means Grays older brother (Duncan) will now have to drive himself to work (on the OBs) and have no-one to defend him when he gets stick.

Arrogant prick ;)
to be honest, i have never understood why they need these summarisers.... they could just show a few ads & then maybe a short program, like a documentary (they used to have those at the cinema when it was a nice experience as opposed to an upholstered mugging) then some ads & back onto the second half...
but no, they employ some ex pro to waffle for 20 minutes when there probably weren't 10 minutes of stuff worth looking at....... all while the viewers are going for a slash & getting some food & drink sorted out.
they used to have that rosenthal bloke in the itv f1 to fill it out & he really didn't have a clue as to what had just happened.......

Mow..... (write this is your diary.... I am about to agree with you!) You're right. They talk sh1te. They're all out to 'out football' each other. In t'old days footy commentary was needed on the radio. Then in came telly. A match at QPR was the worlds first televised match (because its right next to BBC TV centre!). The idea was that the comms would 'say what you see'.... not (as it is now) spread your personality over the top of it. Football coverage is now a complete cliche characture of itself!

New blood is a welcome addition. I should hope the new presenters will stop harping on about the Mugpies as a side that can challenge Man United and maybe address their football ground by it's correct title chosen by it's current owner. :)
Sky Sports has ruined football and made the less successful, smaller club up the road think they are something special with all of their bandwagon and armchair fans. All this Gerodie Nation / Toon Army / Entertainers / Everyones favourite second team muck can finally GTF now. The (1st) Keegan era and the dawon of Sky Sports go hand in hand - back when the gates were 10/12K per match I hasten to add.

Ah Roker Park! FOnd memories, we owned that ground too, unlike your council owned Sportsdirect.com@Sid James Pk. lol
Sheera came to the Skunks cos they offered more money than MUFC, given where they were at the time, he had a right to believe they would win trophies at some stage, I mean surely you can't spend over £150m and win sweet fcuk all - ever, right? LOL ROFL FOOLZ!
Mandy Carroll will be off to Spuds when twitchin 'Arry fancies him IMO. He's no great shakes, plays well in a team that are only capable off hoofball. Bully him off the ball and he soon goes into his shell - shame it's not the same where abusing women is concerend eh!
Is it Sterling? I wasn't sure? Lol @ Sky comment. The fools still have a love in with NUFC and try and convince themselves and the brain washed hoardes that feed off them that they are still a top 6 club.
Small club :/ We have been over this one. Established first, played chairty games to keep the Mugs afloat, won more. Don't have more fans (attending) for one solitary reason, and that is football supporters from areas closer to Sunderland and in the city itself jumped ship and followed the scum because they were spending big style, whilst we had to contend with Bob Murray.
We played crap in both games agaisnt you this season as we resorted to mindless hoofball like yourselves, instead of our favourite slick passing, fast counter, ball on the deck style.
The Prem is weird thsi season, no-one will doubt it, you drop points against the teams with poor squads and get results against the big boys - like you did against us.
One team has lost less games than Man U this season, any guesses who? Here's a clue, it aint the cartoon army. lol :thumb:
Forgot B£nt. The annoying thing about him is that we saved hsi career, are in a better position all around than Villa and he said he wanted to make a lasting legacy up here.
The greedy little mercinary was only in it for the cash. Spurs fans were right and we didn't listen. Wait til he lives Villa and they say the same.
If the tw@t had been up for it in the the derby at the SOL or agsint Blackpool at home etc we would have more points on the board - even though we have loads. :D He is jealous of Welbeck and Gyan and that has been proven, Danny's diving header against Chelski - Bent didn't even celebrate. Just looked gutted/p!ssed off.
Unlike the Jawdies, SAFC don't allow themselves to be held to ransom by players demanding outrageous pay rises, he put in a transfer request, we called his bluff and he had to go. The mug looked gutted at his press conference! Bad move B£NT!

Keif may have moved on to Chelsk nowi, but will have dusted down his Man Yoo shirt when they got their act together this season. lol
Wonder what he thought when sh!tty SAFC fcuked CFC in their own back yard, and were unlucky not to leave OT with all 3 points - a bit like the barcodes not taking 3 at the SOL mind! lol
Or maybe he's a scouser who still thinks they're a decent team? lol We should have had 3 points there too!
lol
he probably gone like this
Man U
Blackburn
Man U
Aresnal
Chelski
Man U
lol lol lol lol
You forgot Newcastle when it looked nailed on they were gonna win under Keeegaaan (and also when a lot of plastic fans from areas surrounding the Wear joined the band wagon!)
A kid I went to school with 'supported' Blackburn Rovers, funnily enough that was around 1995 lol. Bet he's never even been to Bol-Ewood Park. lol
isn't it funny how people who aren't chelsea or man u fans are really full of vitriol whenever they mention them.... one win is not enough for a championship......ok... and if some billionaire who actually wasn't a tosser turned up & bought either of your clubs, you'd be dancing in the street....
Woah there lad! lol
I like Man U. If I had a 'second team' it would be them. Always liked SAF, and the awesome way his team can play and the never say die attitude that comes with them. What I don't like are the 'supporters' that would get the same bus home (6 miles) as us after a Man U away match.... oh and being at OT when we lost 5-0 back in the dark days. It's fans not from the area and with no ties that ruin these clubs images as far as fair weatehr supporters are concerned.
I like Arsenal too, slick passing wins nowt though!
Chelski have just bought their way into proceedings though, small club with a big transfer kitty and plastic fans to the exteme!
I don't like Liverpool, but I understand why they are thought of as they are.
Sunderland AFC are currently living that dream, Sir Niall Quinn as chairman and Ellis Short, the billionaire Texan are doing beyond amazing work for the club. That cannot be disputed, so I fail to see your point there.
Newcastle thought they had that too.. FMA is a great man. lol :thumb:
Also, I don't want some Quatari oil baron royal buying the club I love as his plaything, same goes for Indian poultry owners. I like my club in safe hands and run by people that want for the best for it, and It just so happens that they have fat pockets. Win win!
i'm from leicestershire.... our local teams are coventry city & leicester city, they are hardly inspiring teams... i know a lad who is a lifelong man u supporter, and his mum is too. they have season tickets & go to every home match & a few of the local away ones too, plus a few europeans.... yet loads of people call them names for doing it. i really don't like the name calling cos it has gone beyond a bit of banter....and it just insulting.
newcastle is given too much media exposure for off pitch things.. if the press left them alone, they would get on so much better..
Newcastle bring it on themselves! By punching women and stamping on peoples heads in city centres, directors abusing the local womean, calling fans and players mugs, sacking managers left right and centre, having the audacity to claim a monopoly on Sir Bobby Robson when he passed away, but the same lot were spitting on him and telling him to fcuk off not so long before, because finishing 5th was not good enough for a 'special' club like them. etc etc etc. lol
It doesn't matter what league or financial position your local teams are in, if you like football you should by rights support the closest one. Growing up it would have been so easy for me to jump on the NUFC bandwagon as they are only 5/6 miles further away, or Man U like most, but I never as I don't see the point in that. It's plastic and pathetic.
I don't care how many matches the people you know attend, they are glory hunters, no question. Even if they attended before SAF took charge, it makes no sense.
The same people would get on about the low gates at Coventry and Leicester without seeing the irony too.
I would quite happily see Coventry City go out of business all together, but that's for another thread. lol
leicester city have a huge home support, but i just don't get enthused about it.... they, and coventry, and stoke, and several others.... built a fantastic international standard stadium, then promptly went bust.....but week in week out, they get huge crowds, and now sven, yet, i just don't want to go & see them play... cov is nearer, but i'm from east of the A5 and we hate them
They would have an even bigger home support if fickle fans didn't desert them - like the Sunderland area. Although we still have absoloutley huge gates for never having played in Europer for decades etc.
Stoke! lol Sunderland reserves. They are getting a bit too big for their boots - and Pulis looks like a paedo!
Let me guess though, you dislike football or have chosen a popular and recently successful team to follow hence the two clubs in question being crap. This is muppet corner so we shall continue to say what we please. :thumb:.
Read Fail, never said either club was crap, just the constant banter between you both, it's a little tedious for us non Newcastle/Sunderland fans. A thread on a balding Scottish **** has yet again gone to the same slagging off of Newcastle/Sunderland.
As for disliking Football, couldn't be further from the truth.
As for who I support, well......
I don't live anywhere near them now (I used to, but moved away)
Hate Man Utd with a passion, but as my club isn't a premiership side I can live with it.
Been to Wembley in the 90's and The Millennium Stadium in the 00's and watched them win promotion into the Prem both times though. Recently had a 7 game winning streak broken, and we were favourites to get relegated before any ball was kicked this season.
Home games are 110miles away (I live near Derby). Still manage to get down and see them. :thumb:
As for who I support. Your football knowledge should lead you. Not the most popular club in the world, but it's MY club. :thumb:
No one can acuse me of being a glory hunter,im a lifelong Hull City fan.I was born and bred there.
Now our players and managers...lol where do i start, well lets start with Dean Windass Vs Marlon King in Opera House Casino in Scarborough, brawling on a night out, then Jimmy Bullard and Nick Barmby (iirc) brawling in the Humber Bridge car park LOL Theyre worse than the fukkin Hull firm lol
Oh and then Phil Brown's impromptu karaoke set at the end of the 09 season as Hull narrowly stayed up thanks to guess who???? Thats right, them jokers from St James' Park LOL LOL lol lol
Still,i love em.Dont attend games cos its a 40mile hike for me and i know exactly what its like ,having grown up in the stadium area,to leave your car round there lol lol

Dedicated fixture dates.... yeah, fair enough... thats so they can give the couch potatos wall to wall good fixtures on bank holidays n stuff
Crazy kick off times.... sometimes thats actually the Police that make those requests. Esp. derby games.... so the fans cant get too drunk before goin to the game. Sometimes it is the broadcaster.... BUT... Its the clubs and the league just goin for the money.
Thats all the Premier League is... a big marketing company. Its one of the reasons why the small group of clubs broke away from the football league.... money.... lots of it. So if a broadcaster wants to reschedule a match, it will cost £xx,xxx..... its not all the broadcasters fault. Its the club and leagues greed for the ££s that has allowed the broadcasters to fiddle with things.
AND, let us not forget, there's also ESPN and ITV (FA cup) moving kick off times.
You'd also be surprised at the number of home games Sky do cover without moving kick off. ....all 'Football First' matches are covered by Sky and kick off is unaffected.

However limp, i agree with the comments about the teams.
And as for my glory supporting, i started getting into football in 93/94 (funnily enough when my home team were the big spenders). I prefered how united played and loved the players they had compared to rovers. Call me what you want, but im glad now that i chose a different team than all my class mates did lol
