ive currently got a 1.2. however ive been offered a 1.3 courtenay turbo engine running a supposed 16 psi and about 115-120 bhp. these figures may be lies but so he told me. he'd put it in and sell it to me for 600 squid cos he's a friend of a friend. what else would need upgrading to take the power and how much higher would the insurance go? who would i tell that the engine has changed like DLA etc. thanks alot, jon

does that sound too extreme for a 1.3 engine tho. i know it had a lot of work done to it but can they handle that power or is it gonna go bang. sounds like a laff tho.
Mate i know hatfield ppl rnt the brightest in the world, but i just moved out from there, lol, just kidding serioudly tho if it is a 1.3 turbo for 115bhp surely it wasnt worth the money spent on it....... need more info or pics??
p.s wot nova do u drive in hatfield, ive only ever seen once nice one, a breeze blue sr on speedlines, then theres my shitty white one thats not around nemore, moved out from hilltop way yesterday :D

he may of spent lots on it but if i can buy it and have it put in for 600 squid then sounds pretty funky. i drive a blue 1.2, dark windows, zorst, fairly low, sr front bumper and meshed grill, gte rear, gte sideskirts. original nova 3 spokes. only been on the road for a little bit and mainly drive to st albans. gonna get all my bits put on when i can affford it. theyre currently all sitting about. :(
