View Full Version : Does duick still...
...take orders for panels and do the yearly run?
not since ive been here :(
No chap he's not doing it anymore.
Not anymore i dont think as the last run he ended up covering a lot of the costs himself and was left out of pocket so i seem to recall he wont do it again as its not worthwhile the time effort and expense on his part!
Ah right :/ that's a shame
What panels do you need? Lots can be bought no gen still
Going to need 2 rear quarters
If you want genuine ones then Opel classic parts is probably your only option but on quarter panels I would expect postage to be expensive
Decent pattern ones from Hardrian is the other option
edd i know you got undamaged panels but others have suffered many damaged panels from germany now, buyers should be aware of the as quarter panels are going to cost in the region of 500 euros for a pair to be sent as ive had a quote and to be honest i wont be ordering, quarter panels are even less structraly strong than doors and look what happend to iain and keith.
any local panel stockist will deal with hadrian as they are the main supplier of aftermarket pannels,
Genuine was the plan. I'll have to delve deeper closer to the time

Pm him you never know he might still have contacts.
Yeah maybe I've been lucky with the panels I had posted from Germany
But unless someone has some stashed the want to part with OPC is the only place that has them afaik, I know someone that fitted a pair of Hardrian quarters and they fitted fine
I did ask duick a while back if he could help me with some parts, growing family means he has no time to do it now :(

That's nearly right. I had a few costs to cover myself, not a lot

And that's also right.
But I still have all my contacts and can still get parts. So the only option is to drive over here and pick up the parts. Some people did that already last year.
If your not in a rush for them, there was a bloke at Billing last year with some genuine rear quarters (+ doors and wings too), my missis bought one for £150 iirc - she still has the contact details for them somewhere, and they offered to bring panels over for her next year if she emailed what she wanted to them...
BTW who bought those doors?

I need to get over to see Steve to take him some parts and pick up mine that are over there. I would like to get some panels while I am over there aswell so if I go I can bring some more back for others.
