Hi all looking at electric fuel pumps to fill my swirl pot. Would a 40 gallon per hour at 6-8psi be ok. (its a 1.5 ltr swirl pot if thats needed)

easily.

Would a 1.5ltr swirl pot be big enough as well for a c20xe as I have never done out like this before

if i may gate crash - i have a high flow (walbro) pump to fit soon; when would you need a swirl pot; do you have to have one..? or is it just to aid avoiding fuel starvation on track corners

If you're using an original injection tank Dave then its got a swirl pot built in.

that thingy is there as a damper to smooth out the peaks in the pump output... more flow won't get anymore restricted than it will up the pipe

Is two pumps required as i have oredered the swirl pot and it only has one inlet for the fuel advance and three other ports for the usual

There is 4 inlet/outlets:

Starting from bottom
1, Outlet to injection fuel pump i use 044
2, Inlet from lift pumps
3, Inlet return line from engine FPR
4, Outlet for excess fuel and air to tank
