Nova TD Shell

R there any differences with a nova TD shell to that of an Sr/GSi etc as I have been offered a mint shell?

I want to swap my engine, interior etc from my rotting shell into this TD Shell

Exhaust/Engine mountings are the only things I'm not 100% on, but the rest is 'Standard'

You should av sound deadening on the underside of the bonnet on th TD aswell!

TD shell is GTE/GSi spec meaning it has thicker metal round the engine bay and reinforced struts amongst other chassis improvements the othr models didnt have

Apparently the drivers side engine mount is different

the drivers side mount is in a differnt place

the drivers side mount is in the chassis leg and on the petrol engines its on the front of the engine & bolts to the chassis leg.
the TD has GSi everything (suspension, brakes - the lot)
if its a mint shell - snap his hand off
a nova shell - mint - rocking horse poop

How difficult a job would it be to put the correct engine mount bracket on, I have my exisitng nova that I assume I could take it off

its welded on isn't it?

if i remember correctly its held on with 2 BIG bolts going into the chassis leg.
it wouldn't be that hard i dont think. should be relativly simple - i will have a look on mine to see if it can be done because i need another mount - good thinking batman

still not got a mount? i was gonna lend ya mine but i think i will need it bk by end of wek as i shud b pikin up new engine tonight :D
