What Is This?

I'm no good with electrics and came across this at the back, near the rear lights of my Nova. I was just wondering what it is. Any help would be really appreciated.

looks like a relay plugs into it

Guessing, it is the mount for the relay for the rear wash wipe, I'm assuming yours aint got one?;)

Its the rear wiper relay. (going on the purple/black wire in it)
