Vauxhall nova 1.2 L I bought this car as a standard nova then spent alot of time and money to get it to the stage it is at now.
The shell is in very very good condition and the front end and chassis legs have been stitch welded, and also has had a harry hockley plate kit fitted to it also so it will not pull its self apart. It also has a internal gear shifter fitted and a quick shift...
The running gear F16 box, Turbo front brakes, STD rear drums, Spax RSX front coilovers, lower wishbone arms have strengthening plates fitted,Astra GSI alloys with brand new Toyo T1R`s
The body The front bumper has a brand new snowplough bumper just been fitted with all caps present, Bumpers and mirrors fuel cap and door handles have all been painted graphite grey. The only bit of the body that i can say needs attention is the front corner of the bonnet there is a tiny bit rust just starting there. I have just had 2 front wings and 2 rear arches fitted and 2 sides of the car painted and I have pictures of the work as it was getting done i can email them if you want to see the different stages as it was done rite so wont be rusty again in 6 months...
Interior Is just as it left the factory bog standard bar the corsa gear stick, still has the standard radio non cassette player
Engine A C20XE Block has been bored 0.5mm oversized, Accralite hi comp pistons with big valve cut outs, Steel rods, with ARP bolts, new shells and bearings and oil pump with the rebuild. Head has decked and been ported and polished and has reprofiled cams fitted 289 degree duration and 10.5 mm lift and vernier pullys fitted but still on standard marks, SBD inlet manifold for the webber 45`s, and a ashley race 4 to 1 exhaust manifold with a 65mm full system, H&H Ignitions full race set up dizzy......This set up should see an easy 200 bhp Ive not had it on rollers but i can assure you its very fast
The car has MOT till july and TAX till the end of May
