c20xe bogging out

when im driveing the nova and i but my foot down it starts to bogging out and miss fireing any idea what it could be ? but when im at about 5500 rev the powers there.

Could be over fueling have you tryed a new relay? CTS? could be crank sensor too.

spark is escaping or plug tips have gone! just had this with my v6 golf, 2 plug tips had gone so it misfired under load but eventually due to my laziness killed the coil pack :(
