help need on buy a car

going to look at a citroen c3 for a friends mam. what the bad parts i need to look out for all help welcome :d

I had one for 3 years from new, and i found it a pleasure to drive...:)

This may have been because it was brand new and i only put 13k on it in those years, maybe someone has experience of a used/older c3.

Only downside..... when i flushed the key down the loo it cost me £140 to replace it...:(

I did my driving test in one! Usual boring modernness combined with the worlds most stupid windscreen pillar ( curved so you can't see anything going round corners).

Sorry I can't help with faults , but it's French so you could probably deem the entire car as broken as a good start to haggling!
