But how about this! Add the last two digits of your year of birth to how old you'll be this year..... Bet you didn't expect that! Also it only works if your 11 or older!!! (more '1' s!!)

Just to expand, 1985 becomes "85" so you would add that to your increment in age this year, either past or present in my case "26" and you get......

There is nothin magical or 'spooky' about the year+age result. No matter what year of what century your born in, it will ALWAYS result in the year. Derren Brown has not entered the room!

Because.....
present year - year of birth = your age

The sum above is....
year of birth + your age = present year

Because you're over 100.
i.e. you were born in the last century.

This 'bug' occurs becuase (for this 'trick') you only use the last two digits of the year you were born. Once you pass 100, you need to use three digits to record your age. This trick relies on the function of two two digit numbers. If you use the full year you were born... you would get a correct result. But its then no longer 'spooky'.
