Im going there for 6 days to work!

i'd guess it'll be cold with the wind off the sea aye. dont really know much about greenock, know a few people from there n they think its quite ****. theres some sort of curfew for the pubs aswell i'm sure. not allowed to enter a pub after 11pm or something daft!

in honesty it starts bad but getts better, port glasow is rough, greenock is still rough but gets better towards gourock and gourock is nice actually.

off topic, iain, do you know of any tugs still working on the clyde?? i used to go down to greenock to see them with my grandpa after he retired off them. the last one i think ive seen up here that he spent time on was the one that capsized a couple of years ago.

Im a floor fitter fitting new safety flooring onto a cruise ship that is currently (dry?) docked in the docks.

Bazil - Im guessing at the ship yard, but im not sure.

Ive just got back from Inverness, they had about an inch of snow last night but Edinburgh has about 5-6 at the moment! Im guessing Glasgows going to be similar. So take care, and your thermals haha
