vss pulse rates

is the vss code AA the same as code AK?

im going to use epas and have both vss units but really want to remove my digi dash and go back to 6 dials so will the ak type one do the job for me?

The pulse rate will be different but I wouldn't imagine you'll notice much difference on the steering between the two.
