Hi guys im currently using QED jenvey 45mm direct to head throttle bodies on my c20xe. Now im curious I have been offered some jenvey 48mm DCOE style bodies will these make any difference to power etc because I was told that the DTH ones were always better for flow etc because they did use a manifold which aided in flow any help please.

Cheers Gareth

The longer the inlet tract the more torque can be produced . Dcoe type itbs with an inlet manifold are going to be bit longer than dth.. But otherwise it'll just be the bigger choke Size that may up the power. Car will need mapping again of course..

45mm tapered are proven to give best results...

Assume yours are tapered?

Yes they are will they taper down to match the design of the inlet port :thumb:
