Fuel Pump

Hi all im having a bit of trouble ive bought a new Fuel Pump as the old one had gone. So fitted new one to car, and now im having trouble getting it started as it could be the wrong one???? but there is not much difference between the old and new pump? where can i find the exact pump and does anyone know the part number of the pump its for a 1.2st carb.

put the plastic spacer on off the old one
