I've just bought a set of cav slabs will they fit straight on my nova or do i need to do anything else?
of course they will fit, but it depends how much you have lowered them as to will they rub on the rear.

If on 195/50/r15 tyres It won't rub.
Even 90mm down
Well thats not entirely true Matt as its down to the shape of the sidewalls on the tyres, my old red 1.2 nova was -60mm all round and i was running tigra pentalines with 195-45-15s on, and the drivers rear arch scrubbed if anyone sat on that side, swapped the fronts for the rears as the fronts were kumho ecsta supra's (which have a more straight sidewall) and they didnt scrub again, even with a full car, i would say 55 profiles will be more likely to catch than 45's!
slabs look crap on cavs and even crapper on novas
They will scrub with passengers in the back over bumps when lowered owt more than 30mm btw

Another thing is locking wheelnuts, would all vauxhall bolts fit one another? I know the socket to take them are obv different but is the length and width the same? I woukd take a bolt off mine and measure it but it's pissing it down
