View Full Version : Corsa C SRI brakes
Just looking for some new brakes for my Nova and came across Corsa C sri brakes..
There 4 stud 260mm wide and 25mm thick.. they come with the hangers and calipers too..
But will they fit the old Nova??

iirc the caliper fitting is different
They aint 2.0, they are 1.4 sri brakes
should do but 2.0L ate's brakes are 256mm.
i thought 2.0 were 280s
and 1.6 gte brakes were 256
Corsa C caliper fitting is the same as Astra G, won't fit the nova without a bracket (not worth the effort when there are loads of other choices).

no there are 2 different types
256mm x 25mm 2.0 16v
256mm x 20mm corsa sport and think nova gte

With corsa C brakes you may strugle to run et49 wheels as on my corsa c i had to' modify' the caliper body to get speedlines to fit it which were et49

I tried finding some lol
Now do they fit on a Mk1 or Mk2?? Only I picked up some Mk2 calipers and (nearly new) brake pads from a scrappy, but they are different to my Mk1's calipers etc, so I wasted my time and money getting them... Can't even re-sell on here as they probably sh!te originals...
Right GTE and Gsi novas have 236 Vented discs... Corsa Gsi/ Sports/ some tigras have 256mm-20mm disc (much smaller calipers than the Cav/Astra brakes) and the 2.0ltr brake are 256mm-24mm
I allready have 2.0 brakes.. but one of my caliper is funked!
Cheers for the help with the corsa C
