How to remove bumper stripes?

As above, got a rear bumper to fix my Nova with but its got a blue stripe thats been on there since 1991 lol, and it wont cove iff by picking it

Anyone got any tips and tricks to remove them? cant sand them down because its on a grey textured bumper which i need to keep that way :)

Warm it up so it will come off easier...

yeah heat gun it dave, will come of loads easier then. panel wipe the gluey residue off.

No heat gun then use a hair dryer to melt it off, you had long hair once so you must have a spare kicking about lol
