C20xe cambelt kit Which one??

I have an dizzy cap c20xe. I want to get a cambelt kit for it but there is a chose of two. One with around 140 teeth and the other around 170. How can I tell which one to get?? I want to order it as it will take a day to come so takng the belt of and counting isn't really an option.

usually early or late, how i check is take the cover off, and metal roller pulleys are early, and plastic pulleys late! Though the belts should be the same length, order from autovaux they sent mine ok and spot on genuine gm bits too

So is the early belt the long or shorter one??
