Hello.

My name is jorge and I'm from Portugal.

In first place sorry for my bad english: I try not to make erros:

I'm a big fan of Corsa A (Nova) and I like to present you my project:

It's a Corsa I've bought three years ago already with C20XE, but with many problems.

Them, because of the problems they have (engine was dead, and they have too many electrical problems), I decide to rebuild them:

After this, the real work start. During this three years, I bought some parts and do the most part of the work: because i don't have much time the project was taken so long...

As you seen, many work was done. and many things stiil to do, but finnaly it seems to be almost ready.

Some of the things they are made:

Full engine rebuild with Kent cams parts, ARP bolts, KS pistons, and some OEM parts;
Walbro fuel pump;
FSE fuel pressure regulator;
Radiator Fan from Corsa 1.5 TD;
LMF driveshafts
Calibra Turbo CV joint's
Full electrical wiring from a Vectra A 2.0;
Rear brakes from Vectra B (286 mm);
Front brakes from Astra H (308 mm);
ABS from Vectra A 2.0;
Servo from Astra G
Digi Dasch from Kaddett GSI (NEW);
Costum lether interior;
Remove door handles;
OZ Superturismo Whells With 205/45R16 Yokohama Parada Spec 2
AK Coilovers
Board Computer and Check control from Vectra A
And many more details I don't remember...

Thanks mate.

I used the pipe of 1.7 diesel engine (I think engine code is X17DT). Is 100% plug and play and much more larger than the original. if you want I can find the part number...

Yes, it really have a nice exterior aspect, but believe me inside and under bonnet is very bad...

I thought the diesel pick up was too high in the sump, all the ones over here are cut and welded lower, but obviously you've been advised other wise, good luck with the project

This Black Plates is the Old Portuguese Plates... is for a old school look. and I think they look better in car... ;)

Last time I was in Portugal (Portimao, August 2011) I noticed most cars were on new plates. Can you still run old plates, or are being they phased out? Just wondering.

and a video of the ic and exhaust mounting; trying meassure the HP, but we have a lop of spin on the rolls... and a road test with 3 people inside running 0.7 boost and a diesel F18WR357 gearbox
