Yes, for about 2 weeks now i havent been getting tired till like 4-5 in the morning, very weird and irritating, though i dont think mine is hrough partying.

My sleeping patters messed up too

Woke up Saturday after a new years part the night before at 6pm, stayed awake untill 8am yesterday, got up at 3, and now just starting to feel tired
