Brakes and sr steels!?

What brakes will fit under these?? Saw bretts banded steels in tv so had to get myself a set :thumb:

236mm solid discs definitely fit as they come as standard on the TD SX, I think 256's fit but require grinding of the caliper.

I also happen to have for sale a set of 236mm solids and I could be tempted to part with my steels if you were to wave enough pictures of the queen at me lol

14" sr steelies will easily fit over the 256 caliper, the 13's will only fit on 236 brakes.

I got my self a set of steels the other day thanks matey :) iv got a set of 284mm discs that are now useless lol

Yeah they definitely won't fit, bit of a stretch on 15's for those lol

256x20 from a corsa sport/tigra wil fit iirc.

edit: nvm, one of the first results on googles, 256mm brakes did come on corsas, which I didn't know :p

In regards to the rear beam thow would a disc conversion be ok aslong as they Have 256 discs on then?

Aren't all of the Corsa brakes 236, not 256? I thought the sport/gsi had 236mm vented discs?

Nope. A mate of mine had a late x16xe tigra, it had 256x20mm brakes. I know cos i went to fit the 236mm discs and pads he'd bought, only to find out they were too small lol
