Rare early 20XE rebuilt to 2.1 spec (Breaking Astra GTE)

I am actually breaking an Astra GTE 16v (1987), but the engine is likely to be most interesting to you lot!

Rebuilt in 2004, with a .5 over bore with 4 new Forged Mahle pistons, all bearings etc and 16 GM lifters - car was running the other morning and she sounded sweet as a nut - until the dash caught fire (screen leaked) so it cant be started at the mo! lol

Its the early coscast 156 bhp engine with the larger valve throats, hand finished ports and lighter, stronger crank - so pretty much the dog's man-area of an XE.

Cheers John - £40 for the airbox with K&N panel filter (may sound a lot - but the last one went for £66 on Ebay!)

Front seats are good (but need a hoover!)
