Probably a disaster to fit on a nova but would look the tits.

OoOoOoooo they would probably be quite easy to fit to rounder arches

Would be worth getting someone to photoshop them to see the awesomeness of them on a loon....with brettskis banded steels on!

Just realised you have a 12 door. Would still look mental..... Better on a loon though!

Golf ones would be the nearest to looking like they are meant to be! LC ones would look ****e IMO!

Agreed about lc arches. Mk1 xr2 / supersport ones are quite subtle too.

Bubba

maybe LC ones would only suit bigger cars, might look into the fiesta ones. then i can get some stupidly wide wheels :D

Iirc you can use the metal replacement golf arches, they sit with much more flare out and fit semi easy, letting you run bigger wheels.

my dad has fitted e36 m3 arch extentions on this belmont and i tryed them on my 2door loon and the swaige line and length was perfect if this helps

Oh, backs will be the same as loon as im welding the doors up so wont have to accommodate the door open

If the back doors where disabled but not flushed shut, so the panel gaps could still be seen and those big fiesta arches blu tacked on it could look quite good.

Those look like the ones OctagonalPaul has on his.

Forget the lotus arches, they'll be too big. I have Astra arches to go on mine when I can be bothered to tidy it up and fit them. Will need work, but they'll go on.

As said, if you wanted to fit anything to a 4dr you'd need to disable the rear doors. Cue much ridicule of "why didn't you just get a 2dr" lol

As I said on FaceAche. The PSG ones are crap quality (and look nothing like genuine LC arches), plus as peeps have said, will be too big for the Nova.

Would be nice to see some stadard saloon arces made wider into wide arches.

but why weld up the rear doors???? just cut the arch extns & inner arches to suit. then the car is a lot more usable.

octagonalpaul
01-01-11, 05:12 PM
the rear arches on mine have a cut in them so the rear doors still open, it can be tricky to get them to line up if you don't cut them perfectly
