Hi All,
I've decided to sell my Dutton Chassis due to having too many projects on the go and the fact its taking up vital room!

It's an early 80's/late 70's chassis and is completely unique, as it has has slightly different rollbars which aren't standard on any of Duttons cars. It has a Triumph front suspension set-up, I think its from a Herald but not 100%, the rear set-up (diff, suspension, etc) is from a mk1 or mk2 Escort (Same set-up). It's apparently never been on the road so theirs no V5 or chassis number from what I can see but I do believe it has been used at some point in its life.
A number fo engines could be fitted to this from a small Pinto engine up to a V8 Rover engine, chassis's a bit too heavy for a bike engine.

Price: £120 ono.

Location Leicester.

It can easily be transported in the back of a large Transit or similar van and can easily be lifted by two people.

Baxter, you would not fit in this lol. height or width. trust me. i sat in a locost before and nearly didnt get out!

and you say it has no V5 etc, i take it would need some sort of test to get it a Q plate?

I definately can't deliver now I'm afraid,

And baxter, I think bmw156 is right, you may struggle (sorry)

New Kit Car's need to have a VIC test to ensure its been finished to a high standard, it would then be issued with a new plate (as in 60 atm), unless you've used in excess of 85% of the running gear of the donor vehicle, in which case you can inherit this reg.
