I have no idea what is going on here but it seems to me that this is all the fault of whoever posted the picture in the album in the first place, things like that are not allowed, and everyone knows this.
The rest of the arguement i cannot be bothered to get into... the bottom line is you should both stop argueing because it doesnt achieve anything. Either sort it out in a PM or have a quiet chat at a meet or something.
