x14xe sump and pick up pipe on z18xe

Hi i have a x14xe 4 branch manifold and am wanting to fit it to a z18xe in a nova ive drilled the holes out and got it to fit the head and now its time to change the sump.
So does any one no if the pick up pipe goes straight on or does it need altered.

I'm using a 1600 xe exhaust as well.
The pick up will need to be altered.
I looked at doing this myself, then decided against it,you'll have to shorten the pick up, or maybe you could use a 1400 one?, I'm modifying the 1800 sump instead.

As tom says dipstick and pickup. Apparently so does a little of the baffle too..
Search on MIGWEB warren g's corsa b z18xe berg build.
Im going to modify the x14/16xe sump a little , fit that with the gasket (not bother with sealant) and get the pickup modified to match a x14/x16xe one.
And dipstick/baffles modified for me to suit.
