how hard is it to to make one for a corsa b?

i know they are piss easy to make for a nova

but on a corsa you got to bend the metal over the light?

any one done, any pointes?

There are ones you can buy ready to put straight on, and to the best of my knowledge they are a fibreglass top you put onto the original bonnet. I've got one for the nova with a lovely vent that I'm trying to get rid of...

I know mate, Vxandy had one for sale but I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy, looks like he has been up to his old tricks on there now as well

when i made one mate i cut a cardboard template of how i wanted it. then put cardboard on headlight and closed bonnet so the cardboard kept the plate away from the headlight put the plate in place tack welded in place removed the cardboard and made sure it sat ok and never touched the headlights i them removed the bonnet fully welded from outside buffed it down and fillered it. then seam sealed the inside and preped for painting.
