I am looking at buying an exhaust for my Nova but only have limited funds. I have been looking at this sportex exhaust on ebay:

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these or if there are other exhausts out there for the same sort of money. I've got a 1.2i Nova if that helps. Cheers.:thumb:

loud is good there not bad if you dont have much money personaly id save and get a stainless system!!

Cheers guys, where would I be able to get a stainless system from because I cant seem to find any for sale. Also would any exhaust fit to the cat or does it have to be specifically for a 1.2?

depends what the pigs are like in your area one off my old nova's was particularly loud all off them have been pretty loud but ive never had a problem!! one off my pals nova's was mental loud aswell and he never had any problems either!!

all over matey the likes off deemon tweeks all sorts off places!! and youll need to get a cat back system for a 1.2

save up for a stainless system they do pop up now n again

i paid £200 for a full stainless at wcc :)

the Sportex ones will pop, they are straight through systems. More designed for rally/race applications so may be a bit overkill on a standard 1.2 (not enough back pressure)

see when i built my first 1.2i i couldnt find an exhaust system anywhere for a 1.2i so i just left it but at the time i did buy a full magnex gsi system but need a 4branch to fit it all so got my money back from the exhaust system, roll on 2 years and ive got another 1.2i with a full stainless, but no cat lol retrofitted magnex gte system from 1.2 downpipe so things can be done, few stainless systems come up for sale on here
