sri engine info needed

the pic is quite small but the top pic could be the coolant pipe attachment??? on my engine theres a branch off the pipe. its the bigger of the two, the small one goes to the charcoal canister (vent from the fuel tank) as far as i can remember. the one at the bottom goes to the MAP sensor.

yes m8 the top one has coolant in it no sure where it goes too tho

canister? no not really

if memory serves (and im not going to pop the bottet its freezing ;))
the coolant pipe that comes from the matrix (not 100% but its about an inch and a quater diamiter) before it rejoins at the thermostat housing it should have a small 1/2 inch diam pipe branching off it about 3 inches long with a slight kink in it. mine was split and vauxhall (if they could get one) wanted about £93, as luck would have it i bought a spare engine and it had one :)

the smaller pipe and i maybe wrong go's the right side of the throttle boby above the air temp sensor. some throttle body's dont have the conection so i think blocking it off would be ok

as i suspected hose go's from the matrix to the side of the inlet manifold and the small 'off shoot' to the TB

cheers m8 now know where i went wrong i made my own heater matrix pipe as it was missing.not knowinh it had the branch on it thanks again .just need to know where the small plastic pipe from the middel of the serveo pipe goes ?

Is it a small piece of plastic like a drinking straw? If so then it's for the MAP sensor. It uses small rubber pieces to connect to the sensor and the servo one way valve.
