carb conversion kits

Does anyone know where i can get a carb conversion kit for a 1.2 nova, from the uk because the kits ive manged to find are all in america and such places

What exactly do you mean "carb conversion"?

the inlet manifold mainly because ive got a pair of weber carbs already just need an inlet manifold

It'll take the same manifold as a 1300.

you can get them online for £160 which includes the inlet manifold, alternator lowering bracket and all fitting gubbins, or keep an eye out for the parts second hand.

Is your 1.2 already carbed or injection? If its injection then it won't be easily possible.

When you fit the alternator lowering bracket (for clearance reasons) make sure your alternator is the correct one. Later types have a bigger pulley which fouls on the bracket

what sites are theyre ? and it had a standard carb on it but it was completely knackered so thought might as well put sumat better on instead

Search "nova manifold" on ebay (ebay links aren't allowed) and scroll down til you find Astra Nova 1.3 S 1300 Inlet Manifold Twin DCOE Weber :thumb:

1200 and 1300 carb heads are the same
