Just done it on my c16xe in my corsa, u want a straight inlet directly into to port, to give you more clearance by alt, iv had to get a smaller alt + make a bracket to lower it so fits under my inlet, megajolt for spark and I machined original trigger wheel off and welded the 36-1 wheel on, and used the vaux crank trigger. When by comp il try put some pics up.

You need this, Ford Edis kit, off a 90's Escort, fiesta etc.

This is the trigger wheel mounted on a modified Corsa crank pulley, doing it this way, Iv'e managed to keep the std crank sensor bracket, just modified it a little to take the Ford sensor
