Same old usual stuff tbh, I liked how they replaced the stig humour of before with humour aimed AT the stig lol
Surprised they used Tiff as well, as they used to rip into him in previous series. He must be short of work these days lol
That Merc was epic though, Ferrari was nice (even though it looked like an LF-A in red) but the sound from the mercedes.... Droooool

911 was a bit of a cop out as they have used the car loads, sure there was something new or maybe something american they could have used.
Yeah, I think its the pointy bits on the headlights and the roofline that does it for me. Not sure there's anything suitably sporty and American? I know they're not exactly GM's flavour of the decade seen as they slated the Camaro so can't see them handing over any more of their cars. Which leaves what, the Mustang or Charger...

The more I watch Top Gear the less I like it and the more Clarkson looks full of ****. I can bare it, May makes it for me as Hammond "Acts" too much for my liking. The Stig Digs was the last straw for me, it was uncalled for imo and absolutely tasteless.
Every Episode is has the same format, show a few fast cars spinning round, then the cars less mental side, star in a reasonably priced car, big laugh, where are you on the leader board, ooooh! Then the challange, the mad factor and at the end the reflection "these cars may be **** but look at the sunset and the montage".

The Saleen still has the live rear axle and standard suspension setup, where as the 427R is IRS I think... So massively improved handling

Was an ok epidose, not the best they've done but i love topgear so doesnt bother me. Looking forward to next weeks special.
The GT3 is just pure sex.
Agreed with Lee. It was OK. Nothing flash. Mostly because all three cars are featured in Clarksons latest DVD, so that was a bit boring.
I never tire of all of those conveniently placed static cameras in their 'races' and the gas fire under the xmas tree was a good one. :/
Meh. It's a good laugh though, no matter how fake and I will always watch it even though it's more than a little different from the programme I used to watch on Friday dinner times when at school! lol

Interesting snippet of information for you guys.... last night my car was about 20ft from the now "dead" Stig.
Was parked at the end of his drive waiting for my sister to finish work (she works in a elderly care home across the road from his gaff) According to my sister she talks to him quite a bit & never realised who he was until it all came about in the papers.
