Corsa XE Wiring

I've been doing the C20XE conversion into a corsa and ive become stuck on 3 wires. Theres 2 wires now left in the car on the 9 pin plug. One red and one black, does anybody know exactly where these go to? A picture would be brilliant!!

Im unsure tbh, but its a c20xe with lamba sensor and distributor

There are the wires you are inquiring about? In the bay or foot well? Either way the red in a permanent live and the black is an ignition live

In the foot well, thats how ive got it wired up but the engine management light doesnt come on and theres no fuel/spark

So there on the engine loom? Or car loom?

Red is perm live to the engine loom

Black is switched live to the engine loom

Red is perm live from the car loom

Black is switched live from the car loom

Maybe try the switched and perm live straight to the battery, see if it starts.

Red run through the bay and straight to battery positive.

Black run through the bay and connect to a small black single plug/wire on the loom near the battery/gearbox area.
